EXPO2025 OSAKA – Portugal Pavilion

Our firm is responsible for the design development of the Portugal Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka.
The schematic design is by Kengo Kuma & Associates.
The project is managed by Remond Japan.

The project is international, with members from Portugal, Italy, Turkey and elsewhere.
Intercultural exchanges will also take place as the project progresses.

The theme of the Portugal Pavilion is “Ocean: Dialogue in Blue.

In July, the team travelled to Tottori to inspect the mock-ups of the ropes that will be used for the exterior decoration.
